Just saw this. The original is unironically one of my favorite action movies ever, so I was hyped.
IMO it wasn't as good as the original, but it was still good. It was much more over-the-top, and the humor wasn't nearly as subtle as in the original. And even though it's only 3 minutes shorter than the original, it felt like it went by REALLY quick, and it's probably just my imagination, but it seemed like there were only maybe 2 or 3 "big" fight scenes.
And I know /tv/ is going to freak the fuck out about the ending, so I have to say now: when the two women overpowered him at the end, that had nothing to do with the fact that they were women. It's just a common plot hole in movies that the hero suddenly becomes extremely weak right at the end. The same thing still would've happened if they were men.
I didn't stick around to see if there was a post-credits scene.
