Problem is the woman there isn't a real actor. She was the main girl in the AKB48 idol group, and got nepo promoted as an actress for awhile until everyone got tired of her because she couldn't act.
This frequently happens in Japanese TV/Film. Mostly with Johnnies male idols though. After Johnny Kitagawa died, and they admitted that he raped and sexually abused boys for 50 years the Johnnies agency collapsed though, so there might be hope.
