I think there's a consensus on /tv/ that her being cast in so many big-time roles is because she must be very easy to work with and has a drama-free attitude. She's a good actress, legit good actress, but she's not some irreplaceable generational talent. She's way too established in the industry, is rich as fuck and doesn't need casting couch to have her chance in Hollywood, at least not anymore. So there must me something about her that keeps people inviting her to the roles in billion dollar franchises. Good attitude will get you far, a lot of the corporate HR teams would rather hire people with average skills, but with easy-going, likeable personalities, than some autistic fuck who has zero social skills and can't get along with people. Skills can be taught, but bad attitude can very easily ruin the chemistry in a team and can't be fixed. Bottom line - her husband won at life, you can see it in his face when they're together in public.
