There's no 14th Amendment argument here.
Whether you agree with birthright citizenship or not, no child that was born with US citizenship has ever been deported.
In many cases, their PARENTS have been deported, and reasonably chose to take their underaged child home with them. There is no Constitutional Amendment that says you're given citizenship because you gave birth on US soil.
For instance, if the parents gave up the child into the foster care system, the child would remain in the US while they would be deported. I do in fact agree that this would be an incredibly fucking cruel and harrowing thing to do - so take your godamn kid back to Guatemala with you
Any arguments against this post will be in bad faith because they'll be coming from a mindset of "Well of course I support border security but also we should always let infinite mexicans in forever for literally any reason, in fact Trump failed to sign the border security bill that would have let in 150,000 mexicans per month forever so actually Dems are better on border security" (FYI, after rejecting the Democratic offer to reduce border crossings to 150,000 per month, Trump has reduced them to 6,000 per month on his own)
