I feel like most of them arrived the past few years. I lived in Scotland for 25 years. I met one black person. He's the only one I saw also. Moved to London. More than whites. I move to Belgium, 80% white, 20% Morrocons. I took a trip back to Scotland and saw way more black people than previously. Thought it was interesting.
