Rewatched it a couple of years ago; nah, doesn't hold up. Monk, Psych, Mentalist, Burn Notice - loads of episodic comfy shows with the "quirky protagonist with a weird hook" premise from that era are still great even after watching them multiple times, but Chuck is too cringe, too much part of that whole

Exact same experience. I would recommend watching the first season or maybe two but I remember losing interest pretty quick after that.
