Morally speaking, would Aragorn have been justified in conducting a genocide on the race of Orcs?

yes, but it wasn't necessary. They destroyed themselves and died out without Sauron's absolute control holding them together. Orcs aren't people.

This got me about the movies while they fight each other over Sauron's will to rule, mountain trolls, orcs and the weird native guys with elephants all lived on their own lands sort of peacefully

War changes things

neither are dwarves, hobbits, or elves...who is the king of men to decide whether they get to live or not?

Correct.

Nah, the Orcs would simply die out. Humans have no reason to form families with them unless literally forced to do so, like Saruman did. Though it's quite obvious that the Uruk-Hai were bred through rape camps, rather than real family units.

Dwarves, hobbits, and elves are all people. Orcs are not. Sadly, the evil of the orcs would never truly leave the world, for even after they are gone, humanity will pretend to be them regardless:
>I did begin a story placed about 100 years after the Downfall, but it proved both sinister and depressing. Since we are dealing with Men, it is inevitable that we should be concerned with the most regrettable feature of their nature: their quick satiety with good. So that the people of Gondor in times of peace, justice and prosperity, would become discontented and restless β€” while the dynasts descended from Aragorn would become just kings and governors β€” like Denethor or worse. I found that even so early there was an outcrop of revolutionary plots, about a centre of secret Satanistic religion; while Gondorian boys were playing at being Orcs and going around doing damage.

yep, just have a bunch of intelligent orc warlords creating race mixing plans with humans by force and then it would flow naturally,as their descendants wouldnt be either orcs or human.

As far as I know, Tolkien never firmly decided what orcs really are. At one point, he imagined they were made from clay, like golems. Then he ,remembered that according to the Bible, God made people from dust and clay and so he changed his min. Later, he wrote that there were female orcs and orcs were born after 'manner of men'. After that, he decided they were corrupted men and elves; whatever that means.
Anyway, if we follow Peter Jackson’s version, which combines the idea of orcs being corrupted elves who are grown like potatoes, from the ground (an idea stole from Warhammer),then yes, it’s probably acceptable to exterminate aggressive potatoes or fungi.
