He is a good actor and was in some good movies (Runaway Train) but he's been doing nothing but slop for decades. Last time I saw him in something halfway serious was in The Righteous Gemstones. He does all these shitty movies where he gets 5 or 10k for a day and has 3 days of filming max. Why? He could probably earn as much if he'd tried to pick good roles in decent movies.
