Overall probably Donnie Darko, both the songs and the score are great.

Are we talking original score or the kind where they throw in a bunch of existing songs?

I remember the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack was the first one I bought. There's movies with great original 'tracks but usually only one is truly memorable (Pacific Rim for example) or sometimes they have several great but unoriginal covers (Sucker Punch), the exception being stuff like >>213769131 or Interstella 5555

I rewatched Nobody on Friday before seeing the sequel and I forgot how many good tracks that movie had
the tracks were fully used as part of the story and in the action scenes and not just some 5 second needle drop
