Avatar is one of those movies that literally couldn't have been better. Every decision Cameron made was the right one for the movie.

I've seen people argue that they could've had more alien and innovative soundtrack, while that would've been interesting there's no way it would've connected and resonated with audiences worldwide as well as James Horner. It certainly could've been done as a fully animated movie . It didn't need to be.

Cameron was right, and remains right about everything.
