There was a show I used to watch in the 2000s called The Fifth Wheel which was very entertaining. Premise was four people go on a date (2 guys 2 girls) to see if there is any chemistry/spark. Then they throw a fifth person in (usually hot/crazy) half way through. This usually fucks up the dynamic in funny ways. Sometimes the fifth person would steal the guy/girl of someone else.
