>>213799333Good job anon, it is indeed rare for people to maintain weightloss, and I would assume it's even harder the more weight you lose. I lost ~100lbs, took up weightlifting, gained back about 15 (my goal is to drop another 20), but overall have maintained this portion of weightloss for around 6+ years at this point. And as a former lazy glutton, every single day is a struggle, can't imagine what it would be like if I never had to exercise willpower to control my eating during the primary weightloss phase.
