Recommended a movie please

I want a good movie to watch. I want it to be dramatic and gripping, I want to be involved with the characters. I also want it to be culturally significant, so it would help me to build better taste.
Recently I enjoyed "Grey", "Old Henry", "Verdict", so you can recommend me whatever genre. Please, you are the only kinomen I can rely upon.
