With the foreshadowing i know how its gonna play out. Cyborg security man corrupts Indian synth boy into helping him sneak into Epstein's island. Cyborg man fucks up and the remaining eggs impregnate the rest of the human staff. There's a xeno alien outbreak with all out battle between synths vs aliens eventually with no choice but to self destruct the whole island to prevent the aliens from escaping and infecting the whole planet. CEO of prodigy dies in the explosion and the company is dissolved hence why there's no mention of them in the alien movie sequels. Black cyborg man manages to upload the alien data to Weyland CEO who learns location of eggs in LV-426 and sends the crew of the Nostromo to get them thus kicking starting the 1st movie.

Futuristic Island of Doctor Moreau. "Tame" Xenomorphs, and a lot of different experiments/body horror. Honestly that's sort of what all these post-Alien III stories have been dancing around loosely but who cares at this point, might as well go all in.

I haven't watched 3 yet, are they going to be wandering around that ship and building for the whole season? I'm already bored

Even with the budget the show feels small.

This trillionaire kid runs like one fifth of the planet and just got his hands on some alien biotech and he deals with the same 4-5 people the entire time. His entire operation feels small and tv budget. They could've at least had more extras as guards and staff to make it look more substantial, it's not like they need speaking roles.
Legion had the same problem of the entire setting feeling very small and only dealing with a handful of people despite them kind of sort of running the world.

Also there's another issue with "tv writing". This is something I hate, but it's commonplace in tv shows. Most of the time all the dialogue is 1vs1. It's like everyone keeps bumping into everyone else only then they're alone. These conversations are also just "edging", there's nothing of substance said like they're stalling for time. Here and there there are maybe 3 people in the room but even then the conversation keeps trailing off

Considering that Ash was subdued by Parker with a fire extinguisher, there's a definite gap in durability and strength between Prodigy androids and Weyland Yutani synths.
In the original Alien book released before the first movie, Ash hinted at having been able to communicate with the xeno after matching it in strength.
That never appeared in the movie, or it was cut before release like the scene with Dallas turning into an egg was cut but still in the book, as were a few other book only scenes. The rest of the book was identical the entire way through. The whole movie is in the book, so Alan Dean Foster was given the story to work with, and finished the book before the movie was polished for release.
