It was terrible, 4/10 at best. Can't believe Neil Blomkamp went from District 9 to this in like 6-years.

Chappie was pretty good. It fits right into the Blomkamp retards-fucking-around-with-shit-they-don't-understand-verse. The die antwood influence is overbearing at times but it works when the story is robot that gets adopted by wackos and does crime.
The funniest part is pic related when hugh jackman finds them teaching a robot the ABC's and how to fingerpaint and is like
>is-is that die antwood?
That and the wide shot of the Moose flying across the screen when it finally gets deployed. That shit was unreal.

The ending fucking sucks though. The CONSCIOUSNESS.DAT plot is unforgivably stupid and it feels like the final yolandi sequence was either a single shot they didn't have the money to revise or there's too much of her influence like
>s̵h̵e̵ will b̵e̵ so p̶r̴e̵tt̵y I w̴a̵n̶t̶e̶ her to be ̷b̷e̷y̶u̴t̸i̶f̶u̸l̵ :DDD

I loved it and I hate people didn't vibe with it. It has that 80s sci fi action adventure movie feel to it.
