Australian Survivor is fine but it's the most overhyped thing ever. The host literally copies everything Jeff Probst says verbatim, not just the words but even his cadence. Dorks online always say the challenges are more impressive but it's literally the same shit they do on the American version. The only difference is no sob stories, which are replaced by those intro videos that show the contestants doing what they do for a living and shit. Even those are overrated. Just tell me you're a doctor and I'll believe you. I don't need to see a staged video of you in an operating room. And the editing is somehow worse than the US version.

It's not a bad show but it's embarrassingly similar to the US franchise
