I don’t think he can beat any horror villain, maybe some of the less intelligent ones, but then they’re basically immortal like Jason. He’s not that strong, he’s stopped when his summoner dies in the first movie, and in the second he just gets shot a bunch then falls down a mineshaft. The scifi movies suck dick and idk what happens in them. He also has no reason to fight anyone unless he is summoned for revenge.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was the only torrent with seeders. Her Snow White adaption seems to be particularly obscure (direct-to-video + only one release on DVD 20 years ago).
It appears Patterson herself retired from showbiz after starring in an even more obscure indie film back in '07. She was only in four films so I doubt she ever wanted to make a career out of it.

The magical realism horror thing is a lot more common in south america and southeast asia I think where superstitions are still very much alive. Aterrados and When Evil Lurks are definitely like that then you have Joko Anwar and Timo Tjahjanto films from Indonesia.

I'm surprised there's not that many horror movies about satanic cults from Mexico. Borderland and Perdita Durango are the only ones I can think of off hand.

The problem is that if you remove the horror part from the horror masterpiece, what they think they're making is a different genre

Here's how I would do it: Switch to found footage with a headmounted cam and light, crawling through a tunnel in cramped situation, hearing a weird noise up ahead, as the character has to inch forward because there's no turning back (someone is behind them). Inch forward, more noise etc. then a fakeout jump - a character found a faster way there and does a "hey!". Or a radio goes off or something.

The sequel is great. Also check out Moon Over Tao, its from the same director and has the same actress. And if you like his creature work he did two great Kamen Rider films (J and ZO) and Mechanical Violator Hakaider.

The opening scene with the parallax scroll down alien world full of spires is one I've always loved and wanted to rip off. The entire opening sequence is a must watch.
Disjointed films otherwise but they had a lot of love put into the SFX. Like when that distorted mutant get crushed.

How is that different from the 40 tracker sites you were going to use? That complaint only makes sense from the perspective of someone who is reliant on everything being centralized and too lazy to find something themselves.
