I think the funniest thing about the failure of this movie is how the entire cast is composed of manufactured celebs. None of these people have genuine charisma or hype behind them. Bunch of literal whos.

Nobodies can carry a movie under the right circumstances if the script and overall movie are decent. Did you know who Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana were before Avatar? Did you know who Shia Lebouf and Megan Fox were before Transformers? Did anyone know who Hugh Jackman was before X-Men? The Lord of the Rings is filled with massive numbers of nobodies (at the time) carrying it to where Christopher Lee and Sean Astin were the only two really well-known stars.

But FF's sucktitude isn't that. In the real world, no one likes Pedro. People want him ICE'd back to Mexico just for the shits and giggles. Throw in subtle faggotry and a gender-flipped Silver Surfer. For bonus points the movie looked and felt like a cartoon that's been rendered in live action.
