you'd be a lot better off working your way up to a small cargo truck so you can also carry foldout chairs too. a minivan and like half a dozen tables is "mom helping out the PTA" tier

you'd need at least +30-50 tables, +50 chairs, and possibly even some sort of decent mic + stereo system setup with some extra peripherals for playing music or making announcements - and the truck to transport it all of course. that's probably the absolute commercial minimum for being considered an actual event hosting related kind of company
