I cannot "pics or it didn't happen" without potentially getting outed and removed from the project, and worse, sued. I CAN be vague enough about my position that I can tell you how I obtained the full script (I don't they would holocaust entire departments for this thread).

If you're someone who has worked on large scale Disney projects, you will know that there are minions around who do the work everybody else is too good for (cleaning trailers, restocking supplies, etc.) every once in a while, a stupid actor will be clumsy enough to leave a script out in the open where any potential worker can "accidentally" trash it and recover it later. In most cases, smaller roles will have only parts of the script relative to their part, but in my case, a big name A-lister made a fopaux and left their script for my goblin fingers.

I've read almost the entire script, skipping over unnecessary, meaningless dialogue scenes. So, if you want to have any questions answered, I will answer them with spoilers. Of course, there are always reshoots and rewrites up until the movie releases, but the core structure should mainly be what I've read.

Doom bargains with FF after the events of the FF film. In their universe, Latveria was destroyed in an attack involving vibranium weaponry, but is later revealed as a false flag attack by Doom to sway hearts and minds and falsely accuse Wakanda in order to steal their resources.

Reed is convinced by Doom to use his teleportation technology to visit earth-616, who Doom believes used an impressive energy source to bring back "the dead" (a.k.a. Endgame's reversing the snap) he pleads with Reed to work with him so that he can bring back the dead citizens of Latveria and finally be at peace.

Their trip to 616 results in an incursion, this is why the FOX characters and other old versions (along with new, unseen versions) return in this film.

Back on Earth 828, Doom's sleep cells activate and destroy the technology to teleport back. This is the "mask drop" moment, where Doom's intentions are revealed. This movie isn't Battleworld, but they are definitely setting it up, with Doom announcing that incursions were inevitable and now multiple worlds collide in the part 1 climax ending with an Avengers 1 NYC type battle, except this time, Doom's idea prevails as characters from other dying universes are promised a new life on his perfect Earth. The Avengers are mostly scattered and flee to re-think their attack plan.

The most obvious is probably that the Earth 616 Wakanda has a "Holier than thou" moment. Essentially what you said in your first post the plot sounds like a mix of Doomwar and Secret Wars.
In Doomwar, Doom invades Wakanda for their Vibranium, and in typical Doom fashion kicks the heroes assess because they are chumps. What Doom proceeds to do is stripping naked and appearing before the Panther god Bast (the same entity Black Panther gets his powers from) to be judged. Both of them have a bit of back and forth, with Doom straight up telling Bast to look into his soul or some such to see that everything he has done or is going to do is only for the good of Humanity regardless of ethics; Bast proceeds to look into countless futures (like Dr. Strange did in Infinity War) and concludes that Doom is right. The only way for earth and humanity to survive is for Doom to be the unquestioned god king of earth letting Doom pass and claim the Vibranium. Obviously Black Panther gets butthurt and uses a mcguffin machine to render all vibranium on earth useless. The story just ends with Doom fucking off.

So given all of this, sounds like Doom himself is getting Character assasinated.

Carol Danvers wasn't in the script I read at all. John Walker and the Thunderbolts are mostly there for the comedic moments. The theme of the reoccurring jokes in the script I read were that they should branch out to make new friends and get new members. Some side with him out of hope/necessity and some by free will. The Fantastic 4 and the Earth 616 heroes are left with no choice but to accept defeat and willingly leave while Doom starts his plan, but then the movie ends just like Infinity War with the heroes all split and sad.

I'm going off memory, so this isn't exactly what they say, but towards the end of the fight they're tired and beaten and are looking at each other, but speaking telepathically. They're looking at the dead X-men around them and asking "how did it come to this?" Magneto admits he always thought he and Professor X would eventually die at the hands of each other, but then suggests one last fight...not as enemies, but as "brothers." They gather the strength for one last attack (I wish I had more info on what happens, but the way it is written doesn't dictate exactly what the action is) but the final attack results in Doom's mask starting to crush his skull and eventually partially breaking. That is the first time Earth 616 see that he looks like Tony. His face is already shown to the audience in the script in the Earth 828 scenes with the Fantastic 4. Doom goes ballistic and kills them both.

Honestly, I am not sure. The action sequences don't really specify, even for the thing that kills Magneto and Professor X. I think they're giving themselves room to play with. My guess is no, since Doom is more interested in vibranium and science in the script, but Doctor Strange is on Doom's side, so I'd imagine Strange does most of the magic for now so that audiences who are diehards aren't overwhelmed.

I suspect this is bullshit, but it sure is fun. I don't have access to a full script, infact, I don't have dialogue at all and only scene directions, but do work at sony pictures imageworks. I have no fucking problem saying so, cause I know my job isn't at risk from disney. Disney will not fuck with a sony company right now and marvel is dying. I will leak all day every day as I please, I work 9pm-1am most days. They'd have to prove Im in breech of contract to fire me.

Anyway, we've been handling scenes, but I don't get any audio from footage, we do visualization, not sound mixing. The plot is obviously about Franklin and Doom is interested him and joins the F4. Im guessing, but it seems like Franklin can do anything except go to other realities. America Chavez seems to be as really important MacGuffin type character. The Avengers try to protect her and use her, we've done multiple effects shots using her Star portal. Id also guess Doom and the fantastic four work together, as Kang is in the movie, but not in a significant way. I'd also guess the x-men and avengers fight the fantastic four because they determine franklin is too powerful and needs to be kept under control. I can read lips, they clearly call franklin a mutant. Most of the x-men do indeed die, but some of them are on The F4's ship, so that's actually pretty cool. The avengers are fighting amongst themselves too, for idk why. When Franklin shows up, they bring iron man back to life, and then doom who is RDJ does the dr.strange travel to a different body thing and takes over the ressurected iron man body and dresses up like doom. Which, they kill iron man too, which is funny as hell honestly, it looks like shit and I think its cause they expect this scene to get cut. Or maybe it has already, idk honestly.
