I think you'd be hard-pressed to find something particularly similar to Angel's Egg outside of animation. I guess Stalker has the element of wandering around a broken world? The aesthetic of hell in Hellraiser 2 is kind of similar?

Honestly, early Ridley Scott does come pretty close at times. Not for the full runtime, but when they go slow and quiet they can be very reminiscent of Angel's Egg.

There aren't any.

You should read the Blame! manga.

You could also watch "In the Aftermath, Angels Never Sleep", a zero budget movie that splices Angel's Egg footage with live action footage. It appeared late night on TV about twenty five years ago and was my first exposure to Angel's Egg. It's kind of terrible in some ways, but the soundtrack and sound design are awesome, possibly better than the anime itself.

If you want sophisticated and surreal cartoons, Masters of Time (based on a Moebius) is decent

Closest one I can think of is Into the Abyss (2022). Dark, broken world. Not a lot of story, how much you'll like the movie depends on how much you like the atmosphere.
