I thought the entire interview was shot for shot on brand for Harland, Sam, and the rest of the gang.
I don't know why this was seen as some competition where someone "won" some interaction.

Are you new to Sam? Yeah it was on brand but he does not usually do crazy things like breaking shit unplanned. It was clear he lost his temper, something he and many others made fun of idubbz for doing with him when Sam was “just joking around”. And on his podcast he himself prides himself on being grounded and stoic. That’s why Sam lost.
