Every video is the fucking walten files/mandela catalogue, but with real life child rape victims.

Ironically his most tactful video was on tomorrows pioneers but he took it down because he was afraid of backlash from his liberal fans after Oct.7th.
Does this guy cynically use the sufferings of other human beings, especially children for ad revenue.

Forgot to mention, in this video he splices clips from the show telling kids to obey their parents and see misfortune as tests from God with videos of mentally tortured abuse victims to conflate the message with the facilitation the abuse of children. Ironically this message of hierarchy, order, and moral objectivism is what allows him to continue his coddled life, making infotainment for a living.

None of those "darkest thing ever" channels are good. Horrortubers are a niche oversaturated with shit.

You only really notice how lacking these channels are when it's a case you're very familiar with.

He and nexpo do a ghost hunting series where they stated it was intended to be from a skeptical, common sense, debunking standpoint. But each episode they go and fire up spirit box and the "estes method" or whatever and every 30 seconds one of them looks away mid conversation, says, "Did you hear that?" Then they replay the audio with a caption pointing out the sound or voice heard and you literally can't hear anything.
Then the comments jack them off saying "OH MY GOD FINALLY A GOOD GHOST HUNTING SHOW, I NORMALLY DON'T LIKE THESE BUT YOU GUYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND."
The existence of that show has irreparably damaged my faith in humanity and I am not exaggerating. It feels like a really consistent inside joke I am not a part of.

Some people do, but as soon as they start cracking the multi-hundred thousand subscriber range, it becomes a job where they have to Produce Content as opposed to making videos they genuinely want to make. I grew out of this format ages ago. Once you identify the formula and notice all the cheap tricks they all use without fail, it just becomes so cringe and annoying. True crime was never an "ethical" genre relatively speaking, but its transformation into low effort youtube slop has made its underlying hypocrisies all the more obvious.
