DEX is always the way to go. You can set both ATK and DMG to scale with it, move farther in your turn and, perhaps most importantly, get a lot of AC bonus. Pair that with a class with high BAB and dual wielding and you´ll be easily seeing 8 attacks a turn. Add high crit rates, status effects and secondary attacks that trigger on death and you are looking at an absolute bloodbath.
