I saw this in the theater, honestly no one needs to watch it. The only good thing in the movie is when his cold fusion machine is sabotaged and explodes and he has to outrun a fusion bomb on his motorcycle. Still the era where they used digital just to enhance a lot of practical stuff, and its a cool chase scene.
Otherwise the only other reason to watch it is if you're just desperate to watch the complete works of fred ward instead of just watching Remo Williams for the 400th time, because that movie never gets old.
