Casino is indeed much better. I actually watched Goodfellas for the first time a few months ago and was shocked at how overrated it is. Also why tf did the guys in Goodfellas respect Henry when he's a total bitch throughout the movie? He doesn't whack anyone, he's visibly uncomfortable when Jimmy or Tommy are mad, he doesn't fight anyone, when Tommy is insulted by Billy Batts Jimmy has his back meanwhile Henry is playing the peacemaker saying Tommy didn't mean it.

Casino is probably a better movie in a technical sense but Goodfellas just has that comfy hangout factor.

Too long, and the Pesci character is just an extension of his prior work. Also simply not as interesting of a tale, Henry Hill is one of the more interesting gangster stories of all time.
