At this point Batista deserves to die. He is making the same mistake Doakes and everyone else did. Investigating Dexter all alone and taking zero steps to not look insane to outsiders. He's fucked. It's basically asking to be fucked.
>>213936069 >What do we, as /tv/, think of this season so far
Kino >And where do you think this is headed
I don't think Batista will die and I don't think Dexter will get caught. I think Prader is going to have to die though because he's an expendable character. Then season 2 will be more focused on father and son murders

Like the original Dexter. Great, but the writers are kinda stuck in a corner. It's popular so they can never have Dexter get caught or anything bad happen. It already got renewed for 2 more seasons. So that kind of tips you off that no matter what Batista is never getting Dexter. There are no stakes or risk.

Was this really supposed to hide his face? This just came off as strange. Dex used to work in forensics so there's no way he would be that sloppy about it. It's just ridiculous.
>>213935183 (OP) >"Dexta, i had dis Cubano flown in from home hermano, Maria liked dese as well, you rmember by wife, your former boss Mahreehah La-HOOERTAH?"
>>213935183 (OP) >Sorry I can't help with your case, but (entirely unprompted) Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Debra Morgan the Vegetable? >I thought not. It's not a story the police in rural upstate New York would know about. >This random woman you've never heard of had a brother, and her brother had a son named Harrison, and it's somehow important that I recall and tell you Harrison's name in this moment. >And she was a good friend.
>>213939854 >DETECTIVES, you got a minute? I happen to be omniscient, so I showed up just in time to answer the question you two were just contemplating, about the watch being found in Mia's possession, even though I did not witness your conversation
>>213936236 >So I tell this kid that his girlfriend isn't paying rent and the next thing I know this guy in pantyhose holding a knife has me taped to a table. I tell you Jerry I won't be going back to New York for a long time
>>213939854 >i'm recording my voice as official documentation of my investigation of the butcher >he frequents diners and this one cuban joint >the cubanos are alright...i mean...anyway i'm investigating this guy because i'm a detective
