It's definitely the worst among the 4 movies. I'd say it's still mildly enjoyable, but as a Captain America movie, it's quite disappointing because it's more like a hulk sequel without hulk.

It’s not only unsurprising it’s completely expected. When you make the same straightforward slop for 15 years audiences are bound to get bored. Before capeshit it was those medieval movies in the 2000s. LOTR, Troy, Kindgom of Heaven, Narnia, 300. Superman is literally a copy of Black Adam and F4 is unimpressive for a couple reasons.

Cinema is failing because capeshit, remakes, reboots, sequels, etc are all they fucking make for blockbusters anymore. If they actually cared about making money, they would try their hardest to get original IP's and adaptations of novels to the forefront and put their talent behind that.
You can only make so much money with nostalgia before people get sick of it.

It's meh. The plot is OK, but the viewer is supposed to have seen Eternals and I think Shang-Chi first, which I hadn't.
The real problem with the movie is that the action scenes where Sam isn't airborne are show and clunky.
