minimal dialogue. open with glanton and his men meeting the judge in the middle of nowhere and proceed into the chase up the volcano for the first act's clumination. get the kid's backstory in flashback snippets and have the "legion of horribles" ambush serve as the big "wow!" moment in act 2. then we spend some time killing indians and traversing the desert/mountains, then the judge/kid standoff and the last stand at the river happen simultaneously to cap off the movie. fade out/fade back in on an older kid going about his business then end the flick with the kid being dragged into the outhouse by the judge. hard cut to black as the door slams. credits begin to roll over silent footage of the judge dancing in the saloon
