I re-heat pizza that way, too. I got tired of microwaved (or, yuck, cold pizza) and decided to wait the 10 to 12 minutes at 275. It heats, dries up a bit, crisps the crust a bit, and is generally awesome. And skips the 10 minute preheat, essentially halving the time.

Experiment! You can always leave it in a few more minutes until you get the timing right.
