for a few years back then, they really tried to push this fassandee guy as the lead, the star, but everything flopped.

Decent with several memorable scenes, unfairly bashed.

It has like 3 good scenes and the rest is filler.

I keep recommending this to people who want to watch True Detective S2. I view it as a more condensed version with similar story.
I feel like this movie is worth watching for the phone call scene alone.

that scene with cameron diaz and the car was pointless and did not add anything to the plot of the movie at all

made me realize americans are retarded for praising that Cormac McCarthy piece of shit edgy writer, the stephen king of crime drama. no country for old men was atrocious, and this one is probably one of the worst movies ever made due to the writing alone.

that's not why they don't like it. they dont like it because its filled with scenes of characters speaking in riddles for 10 minutes where nothing happens.

Underrated, though Diaz wasn’t the best choice for her role

>they ask for my counsel

>they don't accept my counsel

Being in the southwest, i can tell you Ridley Slop does not have a sense of the place (like Soderbergh's Traffic is at least full of cliches.) It's generic + anonymous, compared to NCFOM is shot with imagination tailored to the script.
