God, in all monotheistic faiths, is the concept of the infinite substance, the grand force which sustains and controls all existence.

Muslims, Jews, and Christians don't believe in a separate entity, they believe in the same entity and just disagree on which way He has made Himself known. Who exactly can speak for Him, and what He wants for us etc.

Technically speaking even many Buddhists, Hindus, and even ancient Pagans believed in one God. These faiths, while believing in other, lesser, gods; do have the concept of an infinite substance above everything else.

The Scholasticism to Spinozism pipeline is real. Your definition of God is not shared by all Christians (let alone all monotheists): Orthodox apophaticism would not agree with assigning such a naturalistic concept to the Divine Essence (neither would all Catholics, such as Marion), nor would most Protestants. This sort of perrennialist monism ignores personhood in favor of solely focusing on essence. The one Divine Essence is eternally three distinct Persons, thus Islamic and Jewish unitarianism does not worship the same God. After all, as John 14:6 says, no one comes to the Father except through Christ.
