I am not gonna lie, after the immense disappointment of Soiperman, a movie I honestly hoped would at least do the character some justice, I found myself running back to that Snyderkino. We really didn't realize how good we had it. In retrospect, the flaws of this version of Superman can be forgiven when you compare how much it got right.

Thank you Henry Cavill, Zack Snyder, Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer for creating something that will stand the test of time.

I haven't watched the full video yet but he mentions how coincidental it was Clark overhearing those two soldiers. I would have hammered that part even further in that it shows how Clark is totally reactive rather than proactive. There was zero proactivity in trying to determine where he comes from - if he did not overhear those two soldiers then Superman would not have came into being. By all means because motives *do* need coincidences he can overhear them but it's in the midst of him in a terrible rut where he isn't getting any further in finding the answers he is searching and searching for. In other words he's on a journey from the get go beyond lying low

The whole Zndyer driven DC universe ranges from hilariously bad like MOS to down right awful like justice league(both versions).
