There are some really great performances and the naturalistic dialogue is well done. It's pozzed to heaven and back. Wyle executive produces it and he's an activist so the messaging is very strong. If you can't endure that don't bother. The best part of the show is the last 4 episodes because the scenario is such that the pozzing bullshit can't factor it.

Nurses don't work 5 days a week. They usually work 3 days, so they're still at work only 40 hours a week. If anything the 4 days off means more meaningful family time
