David Ellison already has a handshake agreement in place to merge Paramount and Warner once Warner split from their dying cable networks in 2026. The whole reason Ellison bought Paramount was because Paramount and Warner couldn't merge in 2023 since they would have had a combined debt of 50 billion dollars

I can tell just looking around that Superman has really changed people's attitudes towards WB. Whatever Gunn makes next is going to have massive amounts of interest.
