Actually I'm pretty sure a black filmmaker named "Jaekwan Daeshawn" back in the 1930s came up with this shot but the knowledge was suppressed to keep black filmmakers and audiences down.

A lot if negative terms related to Dutch in English like Dutch uncle or going Dutch come from the Anglo-Dutch wars. Early freedom fries stuff. Reminds me of the British writer John Betjeman, his ancestors were Dutch so they changed their name to the German sounding Betjemann to avoid discrimination. Then later they had to change it back to the Dutch version to avoid discrimination.
