It’s for weak men. For every 1 girl that you as a man MIGHT be able to fuck, your “girlfriend” is fucking 10 or more men. If you somehow get a gf and she proposes an ENM relationship, it’s over right then and there. You’re not together anymore. I have no respect for a man that agrees to that.
