Guy is a town heartthrob, there's a scene of the other moms prior gossiping about they want to fug him, she's silent and looks annoyed which makes you think she dislikes him. When she learns about the black eye she storms off and demands a meeting (he doesn't know she's the mom so he's pouring champagne and expecting sex.) They also set up a pepper spray can earlier so you think that's the obvious joke and then...unzip.
Note that they have her dressed in very baggy and concealing clothes the whole episode until this moment. It's just an absurd and hilariously mean joke for shock value. Episode moves on outside of him smirking at the kid with a black eye the next day at school.
