There isnt a way to act outside of making sure you dont slip up in your words and making sure not to be excessively bothered/unbothered.
The problem is with this and every other true crime case is that pseudo-psychology ascribes guilt to behaviours after the fact once it is already known the accused is guilty.
JCS was extremely bad with this

Nothing from that tv interview made a difference. He buckled under the pressure when the cops pointed out that the neighbour's cctv showed that they never left the house. Then he agreed to a polygraph test and scored badly, which didn't matter either because polygraph tests aren't proof of anything other than you are under exteme stress. He just lost his nerve and confessed. Easy case for the cops.

Body language shit is mostly nonsense but I do think it is worth considering how people interpret your body language even if you don't necessarily mean anything by it. Also in the case of Watts it wasn't just his body language, his entire behavior and demeanor was weird enough that his neighbors commented on it immediately.
