Start with her movies when she was young - Father of the Bride, Life with Father, A Place in the Sun - and you'll appreciate her older roles more. Her first big role was of course National Velvet and she'd adorable at 12, her performance and the actors who play her parents are the reasons to watch (Mickey Rooney is technically top billed but I can't stand him desu).
