C Note has become a Muslim so guides Lincoln to Yemen while there's a war going on. Turns out Michael is working for ISIS and must get a leader out of prison. He's also in there with T-bag's son.

I only ever watched season 5 because that's what I caught while channel surfing and I only knew the character stories from flashbacks and shit, always thought the whole show was about the spy shit they did in S5 and not about how they spent the other 4 seasons in a prison.
Usually this channel would rerun shows after completion but they never did for Prison Break (I'm guessing because S5 was just that shit)
