It popped up for me as a youtube commercial. The trailer basically spoiled the whole movie.
They're both broken old people who don't want to commit anymore and it turns into magical storytelling where they walk through doors and visit each other's youth together, as observers.
Margot doesn't want to commit because she's afraid she might hurt Farrel, because that's what they've both been doing all of their lives.
That's the movie. Still, I like Farrel and Margot. And I'm a sucker for romantic movies. Not too sure about the magic element though. Yes, I ended a sentence with 'though'. Fuck off.
