The trans patient was the funniest because of how little they made sure to make her trans identity an issue. She literally has a cut down her wrist, and not one person suggests it could be suicide because trans people committing suicide is a myth. They all just have a pleasant conversation and at the end she's like "oh there's this misgendering issue."

It's even funnier they made her a sommelier, and she says an $18,000 bottle of wine is "life-changing" even though it's well established wine at that price point is mostly bullshit and marketing.
