You have no evidence of that, there's no evidence that Thanos knew or cared how Earth's economic system worked or who the most powerful capitalists were, and he said that his method was "random, dispassionate, fair, the rich and poor alike" and there's no evidence that he lied about this. One of his core character traits is being honest.
More likely thing is that *some* of the people you listed were wiped out, but others remained and opportunistically grabbed more wealth and assets (like the homes of blipped people) thanks to the new situation

I was really hoping we'd get a moment in either Infinity War or Endgame, probably Endgame, where instead of just "You're crazy!" or some generic thing that obviously won't work, the Avengers actually lay it out in a way that gets across to Thanos that his plan actually won't work in a way he can't argue, and he gets so pissed he basically snaps and goes on the attack. You know, really let him get upset and drop the "logical villain doing this for the betterment of the universe" act and just let him go nuts.
