I look far more handsome at 32 than I did at 18. My 21-25 year old coworkers mistake me for ~24 often. Even with the natural gift of youth, if you're not taking care of yourself or eating right, you can actually vastly improve your looks as you age. For instance it helps that I don't eat total shit anymore, regularly exercise, and haven't drank in 4+ years. Then again, I am just naturally, painfully attractive; I may be an outlier, but I doubt it. There's no reason to be unattractive at 35, most people have just given up for years by then.
Julia barely looks older, it's a makeup/hairstyle impact. She'd look very different without mascara. She could straighten her hair again, that's a pretty look, and maybe up her skincare game around the eyes? But she's undeniably pretty either way, she doesn't really "need" to do much.
