All dark triad people do retarded turn of phrases like that. You'll say "How's it shaking" and they'll twist your words like "I'm not the one shaking." And when their cringe turn of phrases don't affect you they'll "misspeak" again, usually finding a word they hope will trigger you that they can bring up in an innocent enough context.
