Modern murrican voice actors don't get anything but the voice, which is why they're increasingly less and less relevant for games. Then there's the retarded SAG-AFTRA restrictions they try to force, those made for hollywood, when they have zero leverage. And their racial LA horseshit like those the fatass vine/youtuber in the OP voice that could get us sued in roughly half the countries we operate in if we so much as hint at following their retarded racially discriminatory views.
We'd much rather hire bong theatre actors any day of the week and yes, seiyuus for any jp/kr/ch release. Indies are increasingly resorting to voice cloning to avoid having to pay these clowns.
