Sopranos by 100 miles. It deals with much more substantial aspects about human life, things that are universally relevant to people now, 1000 years ago, and 1000 years from now.
Breaking Bad is more of a plot driven show with relatively simple characters and themes. It has low rewatchability because its not layered with meaning -- it's just a well-done (usually, lol) set of events moving from A to B to C to D etc.

I was quite bored trying to rewatch BBad several years after seeing the original run. You could rewatch Sopranos at least 10-15 times, putting a year in between each time.

I agree with this except for it making Sopranos superior. You summed up why too. BB is much more story and plot driven. It'd be hard to turn on a random episode of BB and just be able to enjoy it on its own. There is a running story through the entire show and you need to see it from beginning to the end.

Sopranos is more slice of life generally. You can just turn on a random episode of the Sopranos and enjoy it without needing much backstory. The episodes are more self contained so they stand on their own and can be funny or dramatic. Sure by seeing it all you can see some overarching themes seeing the whole show, but generally the episodes work well enough on their own. Can't really do that with BB.

Sopranos was only on the premium channel you had to pay extra for HBO and its streaming services, BB was on came with most every basic packaging AMC and was on netflix.
