Everybody fucks whores it's no big deal, the problem with Tywins father was that after Tywins mother died he remarried some commoner who he became completely submissive to, and he would also let his banner men walk all over him, basically nobody respected him and everybody took him for a doormat. Tywin fixed that quick. His only flaw was not executing all 3 of his children the moment he caught wind of their respective antics, after all it's not like he couldn't produce another batch of children more worthy of his House's legacy(tho I think his wife hid the fact that their household staff caught Cercie and Jamie fucking each other when they were like 10)
