I Saw the TV Glow.

Yeah, I know it's meant to be about some tranny shit, but to me it worked as an existential horror flick and broke down crying and immediately told several people in my life that I love them.

The last one I saw that made me feel that way, honestly? Was Akira because it shows that people are capable of making great works of art if we put our minds to it. I mean, I am then reminded that we’re now living in an even worse capitalistic hell hole where people are rewarded for simply gaming the system and algorithms but people are capable of it nonetheless
